Election Package Data (Processed Locally)
When you purchase and generate the S-Corp Election Package, the PDF is generated entirely within your browser using JavaScript. Business details you enter (business name, EIN, address, state, date founded) and optional shareholder information (name, address, SSN) are processed locally to generate your personalized documents. We do not store, transmit, or have access to this data.
Payment Data (Processed by Stripe)
When you purchase the Election Package, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe may share limited transaction information with us (such as the last 4 digits of your card, transaction amount, and email address) for order fulfillment and customer support purposes. Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including pages visited, time on site, referral sources, browser type, and device type. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out by using a browser extension like Google Analytics Opt-out.
